Rothschild 37

Rothschild 37 is a strategic, central building in Tel Aviv, which was about to be minimally renovated for several years until it was to be demolished. The temporary aspect of the project dictated a very limited budget, yet the result is a building with special and youthful appearance that occupies in its three floors youthful, Tel Avivian, unique offices.
